Delete your data

How to ask

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose "Delete account".
3. Confirm.

By email

1. Write to info@revia.fit from the email address on your Revia account.
2. Use the subject "Delete my data".
3. We reply to confirm. If you write from a different address, we ask you to confirm from your account's address first, so nobody else can delete your data.

What we delete

• Your account details
• All the Garmin data we received: activities, activity files, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, stress, Body Battery, steps and cycle tracking data
• Everything you added: goals, preferences, calendar entries, workout plans, notes, health notes, check-in answers and conversations with the coach
• Everything Revia worked out: training summaries, usual ranges, recovery estimates, patterns, recommendations and session reviews
• Your link to Garmin. Garmin stops sending us your data.

We delete it from our live systems and from any backups within 30 days.

What we keep

A short record that you asked for deletion and when we finished it. It holds no training or health data.

Data we already sent to our AI provider to answer a request was used only for that answer, under terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on it.

Only disconnect Garmin

To stop Revia receiving Garmin data but keep your account, disconnect Garmin in the app's settings, or remove Revia from the connected apps in your Garmin Connect™ account. We stop receiving Garmin data at once and delete the Garmin data we hold within 30 days. Your goals, calendar and notes stay until you delete them or your account.

Pilot accounts

If you are in the invite-only pilot, your training data is kept on your phone. To delete it, open Settings and choose "Clear this device", or delete the app. To remove the small record we keep about your invite key, write to info@revia.fit.
